Spent my Christmas in a new and cozy hotel that is well-connected to all the main sights in town. The breakfast spread was delightful and their chef makes a mean biryani. The staff was very courteous and I had a blast waking up to the beautiful view of the snow-capped mountains.
The room we initially checked into was a bit small and simple. They were also asking for cash payments which was quite inconvenient.

The staff was always smiling and very courteous, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was great, away from the crowded areas of town but still well connected to all the sights. The rooms had a nice view of the beautiful snow-capped mountains, which was truly inspiring to wake up to every morning. Moreover, the breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of Indian and European foods to choose from.
Everything was more than okay, no improvements needed.

The hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions and away from crowded areas. the staff is courteous and friendly, with prompt room cleaning and taxi services available. the breakfast includes both Indian and European cuisine, and the rooms have comfortable amenities such as spacious bathrooms and great views. A family suite offers an awesome view of the surroundings and accommodating service is provided by the friendly staff.
Some room service is forgetful and requires improvement.
